Our Company
Adelaide Kerbing Pty Ltd was incorporated in South Australia in February 1984. The company was founded by Vic Saccoccio – now, together with his son Steven, they are the driving force behind Adelaide Kerbing. In the beginning, starting off with a 3 ton Bedford Truck, the company has now reached the level of having the 3rd largest privately owned fleet of Mack trucks in Adelaide. These are utilized as concrete trucks, semi tippers, body tippers and water trucks etc… As the company has matured, it has grown to the size where it now operates with a team of 50 staff and employees, together with additional sub-contractors. Operating from our office / workshop facility on a large land holding of 12,000m2 which has allowed adequately for the expansion and growth of the company in the past. All machinery and equipment are kept on site and maintained through our equipped workshop by our maintenance staff. Through its development, Adelaide Kerbing has been earning the enviable reputation as a timely and cost effective deliverer of quality service and products, including flexibility in the range of projects undertaken, hence leading the company to complete contracts all over Australia and is working with some of the biggest names in the civil construction industry. Recognising the need to diversify, Adelaide Kerbing also owns and operates their own fleet of concrete and tipper trucks, graders, excavators and bobcats etc. This has led our company to be able to provide resources and products without the sole reliance on others. As the years have gone by, and technology has developed in all areas of the Construction Industry, Adelaide Kerbing has taken it upon themselves to introduce new technology into the concrete construction industry by purchasing the only 2 Power Curber machines into South Australia. This enables us to undertake projects the size of expressways and freeways. We are the first company in South Australia to be able to construct concrete barrier walls. Environmentally conscious, we are also the first concrete company in South Australia that has embraced the practice of Concrete Recycling. See our Concrete Recycling Icon for more details.
